Like the SP6000, the DSP600 has an electric brake, soft start and depth stopper function for splinter-free cutting; it has also been fitted with a brushless motor to ensure maximum runtime from the batteries, and includes Makita's Automatic Torque Drive technology: a performance regulating system that automatically adjusts the cutting speed according to load condition, helping to ensure consistent results in all materials. The DSP600 is fully compatible with the existing Makita Guide Rail System.
