The Makita DF033D 12v CXT cordless drill driver is the latest drill within the compact drills from Makita. Powered by a 12v max slide in Li-ion battery this drill driver is capable for drilling up to 21mm in wood and 10mm in steel. The Makita CXT range consists of a wide range of compact and lightweight cordless power tools, all which run on Makita CXT lithium ion batteries. These tools are ideal for working overhead and in tight spaces and unlike many other 10.8v and 12v power tools they use slide-on batteries which can be made to high capacities. These batteries can also be used in cold working environments, down to -20°C.
