The Makita CLX228AJ cordless kit comprises of a TD110DZ drill driver and a HP333DZ Combi drill along with a charger, two 2ah li-ion batteries and a type 1 carry case. Both machines are compact and light tools with an electric brake and both feature an LED job light for maximum precision even in draker areas. The Makita CXT platform consists of a wide range of compact and lightweight cordless power tools, all of which run on Makita CXT lithium ion batteries. These tools are ideal for working overhead and in tight spaces and unlike many other 10.8v and 12v power tools they use slide-on batteries which can be made to high capacities (currently up to 4.0ah). These batteries can also be used in cold working environments, down to -20°C.
