The former Edwardian West of England Eye Hospital, has been restored to embrace contemporary English style. With its mixture of old and new architecture, the Magdalen Chapter provides a unique experience to its guests. The Restaurant is very modern and very stylish, with an open style kitchen. It offers a daily changing menu, which constantly adapts to the different seasons with a variety of classic dishes, made simple and delicious by using the best ingredients.
