This is a 4-storey renovated residence. It has 80 rooms in total. Amenities include air conditioning, a lobby, lift access and Internet access for a fee. A car park is provided for guests arriving by car parking fees apply. A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival by cheque or credit card. It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years of age by French Decree No. 95.949 from 25/08/1995. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is until 6pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm, Sunday and Wednesday from 9 am to midday and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 5 to 7 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.
