As the name suggests the LuxFold Wooden Loft Ladder uses the finest seasoned pine and beech treads for the ultimate in strength and durability. The extra-deep solid beech treads have are ribbed for extra grip and are housed into the stiles using traditional dovetail wood working techniques. The extra-thick 56mm trapdoor has our highest energy efficiency to air-seal standard EN 12207. It has smooth fingertip operation thanks to a specially developed dual-sprung counterbalance mechanism. It is a 3-section folding timber loft ladder, designed to fit between standard 600mm UK joists. It comes finished in white on both sides and is tightly recessed behind concealed hinges for a super tight fit to reduce heat loss.
