Lovan has been open for years now and unfortunately is beginning to show it. Rooms are small, but of decent value, with air-con and a somewhat dingy bathroom with hot shower. This is a good and popular alternative in a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from the action. Spacious communal balconies make for good people watching and story swapping.
