The conventional mechanical switches have been superseded by modern electronic touch switches. Durable and robust timer suitable for gym environments. Round Times can be set from 1 - 9 Minutes (in one minute increments) and the Interval Time can be set from 0-60 sec (in 5 seconds increments). Rest Time is available from 10-90 sec (in 5 seconds increments). Number of rounds can be set from 1-9 or continuous. You can pause the timer at the touch of a button. 220 V AC.
