Origins - New Orleans. The classic Sazerac has many variations. We use a 50/50 split of Rye Whiskey and Cognac. The star of this drink being an absinthe rinsed glass, we have incorporated the absinthe into the drink. Not overpowering at all but a subtle hint of aniseed, makes for an amazing experience.
