Lekue have joined forces with Spanish pastry maestro Christian Escriba to create this Surprise Cake Kit. This kit will enable you to make your own stunning 3 tier showstopper surprise cake. Kit contains 3 cake moulds sized to allow them all to be cooked in the oven at the same time. A colourful cardboard cake board is also included. The two larger moulds feature circle indents to allow easy mounting of the cake. Measurements:. Small mould: 8cm internal diameter, 6cm high, overall width including handles 13cm. Medium mould: 15cm internal diameter, 6cm high, overall width including handles 20cm. Large mould: 22cm internal diameter, 6cm high, overall width including handles 27.5cm. Made from non stick, flexible, BPA free 100% platinum silicone. Oven safe to 220--C, freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. Instruction and recipe leaflet enclosed. 10 year guarantee.
