This residential complex consisting of 400 apartments in 5 blocks was inaugurated during the 2001 season. Further facilities include lift access to the upper floors and a children's playground. There is an option for renting parking spaces in the garage in the same building. The reception is not open 24 hours a day. A returnable deposit, per person, is required on arrival. It is necessary to call in advance so as to arrange how to pick up the keys. Bed linen is provided although bath towels are not provided. Units are cleaned before and after guests' stay as well as on a weekly basis, with linens also changed weekly. The water and electricity is measured and a reasonable water and electricity consumption is included.
