This attractive, premium quality chopping board is made from solid, hard wearing end-grain Acacia wood. Reversible design with one smooth side for all types of chopping and one side with a deep juice groove all round the edge for carving and serving meat joints. Perfect for kitchen to table presentation. Small chopping board measures 30 x 22cm and is 1.9cm thick, with a handy hanging hole. Two larger sizes of board are available. This board is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. Hand wash after use and do not leave to soak. Dry thoroughly: wipe dry then leave to stand and air. We recommend you oil the board occasionally using butcher's block oil (food grade mineral oil). 40 x 32 x 1.9cm
