Kjølen Hotell Trysil

Kjølen hotell*** is a friendly, rustic, cozy hotel on the village Østby, just 15 minutes from Trysil and the slopes of the Trysil mountain. The hotel is situated between three ski resorts (Hundfjellet, Fulufjellet and Trysilfjellet). There are also miles of cross-country trails right outside the hotel! During summer the hotel is an ideal location as startingpoint for visiting several nearby cities, visiting coutrysides (Norway/Sweden) and all kind of activities, such as rafting, canoing, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, moose safari, etc. Enjoying the silence and reading a good book is also a good option. Although close to motorway (RV) 25, the hotel is quietly situated. Ofcourse is hotels’ parking free of charge for hotelguests.  The broad rooms all have their own shower and toilet. Alle rooms have a different design and are comfortable and are suitable for a short stay as well for several days. In most of the rooms you can receive high speed WiFi for free. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Against a small surcharge small pets are allowed on the rooms (with prior notice when booking); bench obligatory! All rooms have a television set (cable channels). The hotel has its own restaurant with a nice menu and wine list. The prices are affordable. All kind of liquors may be given. Bar closes during the week at 11.00 PM and in the weekend at  midnight. The staff speaks Norwegian, Dutch, German and English. The staff welcomes you and is willing to help you with your questions!
