It also has a Stainless Steel 10mm x 10mm dicing and slicing disc which is high quality and durable so it can cube hard root vegetables. The MGX400 features a direct serve food outlet with ejector plate. Its easy to assemble easy to clean and has dishwasher safe parts. For ease of cleaning it also has a dedicated cleaning tool designed for the cubing disc. It is suitable for all Chef/Major Kitchen Machines and for the MG400 and MG500 series of meat grinders.
