Chanterelle (Cantharellus tubaeformis) is a high-yielding late autumn mushroom. It is present in groups and often as a large group. Our product is a mixture of Cantharellus tubaeformis and Cantharellus lutescens.
Packed in an airtight glass jar.
15 g of dried mushrooms is equivalent to 100 g of soaked mushrooms and 150 g of fresh mushrooms.
Soak dry mushrooms for 15-30 minutes before use.
