This incredible value easy curl bar set includes a 120cm (4 foot) by 25mm (one-inch) specially shaped curl bar plus a very versatile 10 heavy-duty standard weight plates. The weight plates included are two of each 5kg plates, four of each 2.5kg plates and four of each 1.25kg plates these are cast iron and finished with a chip resistant black paint finish. Two shake-proof spinlock collars are provided to keep the weight secure during your workouts.
