The electric bike operates on a Pedalec system, this means that after you begin cycling the motor gives you a generous boost. There are 3 levels of assistance, which you can change with a press of your left thumb and a LED display which shows you the mode you are travelling in and the amount of power left in the battery.For added convenience, the battery can be removed and the bike---s easy fold frame can be folded down to a compact size in less than 20 seconds. When the bike is folded there is a strap to hold the frame together and a strap for your luggage. To charge the battery you won---t need to wait long, as it will be fully charged and ready to go in 4 hours. Other features included on the electric bike are a Shimano 6 speed gear system with micro shifter and a side stand. This special equipment version of the Hopper Urban comes in a silver finish with Kenda Gumwall tyres, Velo saddle and extra soft grips.
