The modern complex was established in 2000 and includes a total of 114 apartments over 10 floors. Facilities on offer include lifts, restaurants, a café and a supermarket. Younger guests may let some steam off in the children's playground and parking facilities are additionally available for those arriving by car local charge. The apartments have no reception area so key collection will be in the Valmanga office in Gran Via de La Manga 8.5 km exit 80 Hawaii 5 building, local 1 during office hours. Please check in voucher for key collection out of office hours or during bank holidays. The swimming pool will be open during summer season approx. from 15th of June till 15th of September.
