The new child restraining system for the ECE Group I (9-18kg) is approved according to the ECE 44/04. The GUARDFIX is setting up new standards for safety, handling and functionality and is suitable for the forward installation in vehicles that are equipped with ISOFIX attachment. The GUARDFIX is equipped with our innovative EASY SNAP SYSTEM. With one pull on a handle the ISOFIX connectors will be pushed out completely and the car seat is ready for the easy installation in the vehicle. Furthermore the GUARDFIX provides the established features such as a 6-position height-adjustable head rest, a 5-point harness system, a seat shell which can be adjusted in 3 positions and a soft seat pad. The innovative and extra reinforced side impact zones on the outside of the shell increase the safety of the child in the event of a side impact in the head and pelvic area considerably.
