The Gardena water connection point allows convenient water tapping even without a classic water tap. Depending on the intended application it can be attached to a wall or secured in the ground using the included spike. It has a 3/4" male thread for attaching to a pipeline, and a hose connection which can be angled and rotated to prevent kinking of the hose and allow for freedom of movement.
