Our 100 m2 (1080 square feets) 4 rooms apartment offers contemporary designed guest rooms with new furniture and equipment. It is sunny, quiet, spacious and very suitable for 2 to 4 persons. It offers ENOUGH SPACE FOR ALL with its two bedrooms, living room, dining room and large balcony. It is situated on the third floor of the building that has four floors altogether and there is an elevator. - 10 minutes walk to the park of SCHÖNBRUNN palace the most visited tourist attraction in Vienna with its famous ZOO. - Supermarkets and restaurants are in walking distance. - Close to Subways U4 and U6 and Bus lines 9A and 63A. From the stations U4 Schoenbrunn or U4 Meidling Haptstrasse it takes only 10 minutes to the Vienna State Opera and the CITY CENTER. - PARKING: 5 EUR/Day till October 30. 2013, or parking for free on the streets in a distance about one kilometer way from our apartment. - WIRELESS INTERNET (HIGH SPEED WLAN/LAN) WITH VERY GOOD QUALITY for free.-there are 2 SEPARATE BEDROOMS with big wardrobes and DOUBLE BEDS (180x200 cm in the first, 160x200 cm in the second ), additionally there are 2 PULL-OUT SOFAS in the living room (100x180 cm each) -In the LIVING ROOM there is a 47'''' LED TV with many international TV channels. -The DINING ROOM has a dining table for 6 persons. From here you enter the QUIET SUNNY BALCONY. -The state-of-the-art KITCHEN is equipped with everything you may need: fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as kitchen appliances. - BATHROOM with bathtub and shower. - separate toilette. -iron and iron table as well as washing machine combined with dryer.Remark: It is a quiet house - please respect the night silence from 22.00 to 08.00 o'clock.
