The Faithfull cabinet scraper will produce a fine finish on solid wood and veneers.Very useful for smoothing knots, burrs, crossed grain and removing old surface finishes. The cabinet scraper removes fine shavings from wood to give a very smooth finish. Unlike an abrasive it does not produce dust which can clog the grain. The cut is controlled by finger pressure to bow out the blade, varying the curve and localising the cut.The scraper can be easily resharpened with a file and a burr turned with a burnishing tool.
