This hotel is located in the city centre of Santa Monica and was established in 1921. It is close to the 3rd Street Promenade and the nearest station is Metro Bus Line. * Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is excited to announce that hotel ownership approved a multimillion dollar project to renovate the interior of many of the Ocean Tower guest rooms. At the helm of this plan is Los Angeles based interior designer Lynda Murray who renovated the widely popular Signature Suite Ocean Rooms - formerly known as Palisades Ocean View suites. The hotel\'s Ocean Tower renovation is well underway with more than 2 floors completed. They will no longer have the Fairmont Room category available in the Ocean Tower. The Fairmont Room category is now located only in the Palisade Wing. The entire project is slated for completion by this summer. Unfortunately, they no longer have a business center on property. If guests need a computer or printer for business needs, they will have a kiosk in the lobby for guest use.
