The exercise Indoor Racing Bike is not your average entry level exercise cycle, it's much more, boasting a 13kg flywheel it assures a consistently smooth pedalling action every workout. The shear weight of the flywheel propels the pedals forward for a more intense workout and fluid pedal stroke. A simple push brake resistance dial can be twisted clockwise to increase the resistance and anti-clockwise to decrease it, a push on top of the dial will slowly bring the bike to a halt. Both the seat and handlebars can be adjusted up and down (seat can go back and forth) with ease and efficiency from the spring loaded pin adjust designs to guarantee complete cycling comfort no matter your height. Toe cages on the pedals secure your feet firmly into place with an anti-slip design implemented too for safety. Feedback on the progression of each cycling workout is vital, the LCD console mounted to the handlebars does just this, it relays a basic readout of time, speed, calories and distance.
