EVGA GeForce 8400GS 512MB PCI-Express Video Card (VCD-EG-512-P2-N738-LR) Compatible Devices Bought this card for brand new Compaq desktop to be able to use DirecTV new DVR PC application (Direct2pc) which requires a higher performance video card to run. Key Features: Very easy to install and works well. Good value for the performance. This card has a fan, so, there is some slight additional fan noise from the PC now. Only issue was the card looked like it was opened prior to receipt (static bag was not sealed) and CD enclosed did not have VISTA drivers, obtained those from the manufacturer's web site. Other than that, the card works beautifully as advertised.
