The heavy-duty Dremel Max 194DM Carving Bit is coated in Titanium Nitride to last 2 times longer than the standard, non-coated accessory. What can you do with it? The 3.2 mm high-speed cutter works well for detailed material removal in applications like shaping, carving, engraving, hollowing, precision cutting, grooving, slotting, inlaying, making tapered holes or freehand routing. The cylinder shape of the carving bit allows for deep removal of material, cuts flat areas, round edges and makes stop cuts and V-cuts. The accessory tip makes flat bottom slots and grooves, flat side cuts, and makes V-cuts when held at 45-degrees. How to use: Let the accessory and your Dremel Multi-Tool do the work without forcing or pushing too hard. For an effective result, use the sides of the accessory head at an angle less than 90 degrees. Do you feel the accessory is chattering more than removing material?
