This family business with 4 centuries of tradition, owns about 28 hectares of vineyards among the oldest in Chablis, characterized by the typical Kimmeridgien soil (composed of clay-limestone marls with many fossilized oysters in them) and historic cellars from the 12th century. Its production focuses on 7 Chablis, including Premier Crus and Grand Crus, and a single red. The Pinot Noir grapes come from an old vineyard of less than one hectare, originally planted in 1900 on calcareous and ferruginous soils.
