The strong stoneware clay is fully vitrified, with a glassy and non-porous surface that gives it strength, durability and chip-resistance. Made in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside using locally sourced clay, the beautiful colour on the rim of every plate is painted by hand. This Denby Everyday dessert plate matches the Denby Everyday dinner set (537-0118). Individual items are also available and the Denby Everyday collection also comes in teal, cappuccino and cool blue colour options. For versatile convenience, the Denby Everyday dessert plate is freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe.Please note that whilst Denby tableware is safe to use in a dishwasher, constant dishwashing may result in discolouration of product over time. Low temperatures and liquid detergents are recommended. All pottery and china can crack if exposed to sudden changes in temperature, no matter how strong it is, so please don---t take items from the freezer and put them straight into the oven or microwave.
