Thanks to the inclusion of DeWalt's Precision Drive mode, fasteners can be driven with additional control that allows for precise results with minimal risk of damage to the workpiece. A three-speed gearbox allows a choice of operating speeds in both forward and reverse modes and the variable speed trigger ensures optimum control at all times. For maximum visibility, the DCF887 is equipped with a front facing triple LED work light array which illuminates the work area without shadows and remains active after the trigger is depressed. Compact and lightweight, the DCF887 has a short footprint that allows it to be used in confined spaces, while the included belt hook and carry case enable secure transport options.
