Cucumber spiral cutter creates a decorative spiral garnish for a fabulous finishing touch to dishes and canapes. Designed for cucumber but also suitable for other vegetables such as carrots and oriental radishes. Stainless steel and dishwasher safe. To use: remove the end of the cucumber with a knife. Insert the screw into the centre of the top of the cucumber and place your finger into the hole in the handle. Turn the cutter in a clockwise diretion and it will create a spiral, continue until you have created the desired length of spiral. For root vegetables, trim into a cylinder shape with a flat base before using the spiral cutter. 12cm
