Our Convict Dress is an attractive and affordable choice that's ideal for a cops and robbers party! Unlike many other fancy dress outfits, this dress has an elasticated back to help create a fitted and flattering shape. Costume includes: Dress The Convict Dress is sleeveless and printed with black and white horizontal stripes. There is a black prisoner number on the bust and 'JAILBIRD' is printed on the back of the garment. The dress is elasticated around the back, at waist height. This dress also benefits from being crafted in a higher quality fabric. Without boring you too much with the science, the most commonly used weight used by manufacturers for this type of fabric is 90g per square meter, however our convict dress is constructed using a count of 130g! For the wearer this means lesser transparency to the fabric (ideal if wearing a bold shade of underwear) and a more resilient stretch (if stretched the garment will return better to its original shape).
