The Contoura Laytech 200 Mattress features a 20mm layer of laytech, a high quality alternative to latex, on a supportive base of reflex foam, with an overall depth of 20cm. This has been designed to act in the same way as natural latex foam. It responds to the pressure of the body and provides support to the heavier parts body parts. It has been made using sanitised materials which give it hypoallergenic properties that keeps dust mites at bay and therefore make it suitable for allergy and asthma sufferers. The foam makes it difficult for bed bugs and dust mites to live in which can also prolong the life of the mattress thanks to its hygienic qualities. It also has a zipped cover which is easy to remove and dry clean -- this will also help with the longevity of the mattress. Unlike natural latex foam, Laytech has a lower-density make up and is easier to handle. As well as this, the Laytech 200 Mattress is vacuum-packed and rolled for delivery, making it easy to transport to your room of choice. You just need to place it on your bed, remove the wrapping and leave it for several hours until it returns to its full shape.
