Tresco was built in 1925 as a family home and became a bed and breakfast establishment in the late 1960’s. Changes continue to be made to this house, in an attempt to up-grade, and to provide a quality B&B, where cleanliness and character are paramount. Tresco Rotorua B&B has 5 guest rooms. We combine the old NZ home outside, with the most modern inside, but maintaining the 1920’s period. Some high ceilings (some with paintings) and English 1920’s Grandfather clock, add to the appeal of the home. All rooms are very comfortable, thermally heated, very clean and smoke free. Tresco is part of the Rotorua Sustainable Charter. We pride ourselves on offering our guests a home from home atmosphere in friendly surroundings, where they can relax after a long journey IN OUR HOT, 100% THERMAL MINERAL POOL, 39º C, FROM UNDER THE GROUND.  The rates includes a continental and cooked breakfast, free wireless internet and access to the geothermal hot pool. We are just a 5 minutes’ walk from town centre, shops and restaurants and in a quiet street. We also offer free pickups and drop offs from the bus or air terminals. Our home is SMOKE FREE.
