Handy gadget designed for removing the seeds and fibres from chillies and sweet peppers. Perfect for making stuffed chillies and peppers, or simply an easier way to reduce the heat of the chilli before slicing. It minimises the contact between the hottest parts of the chilli (those seeds and fibres) and your hands. The curved blade fits any medium to large chilli pepper as well as sweet peppers. The blade is serrated and has 3 internal hooks designed to remove seeds and fibres. To use: use the serrated edge to cut the stalk end off the chilli or pepper. Holding the outside of the pepper in one hand, insert the end of the de-seeder and gently rotate it. Then draw it out and the curved scoop will remove all of the dislodged seeds and fibres effortlessly. Made from stainless steel. Dishwasher safe.
