Fetească Neagră is a native grape with a strong personality. Only 6123 bottles of this wine were produced. The number has a specific meaning that indicates harmony. The number 6 refers to the day man was created, 1 the day the light was made, 2 the day Heaven was created and 3 the day the earth was created. This is a smooth and velvety wine, with soft tannins and a touch of residual sugar. In the glass it shows an intense ruby color. Its aromatic profile shows exuberant notes of ripe cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and currants, followed by vanilla, and tobacco. On the palate, it is complex and elegant, dominated by chocolate flavors with notes of prunes, blackberries, coffee, and hints of mint. Have it with game, pork ribs or roast beef.
