Castello Romeo

Romeo Castle belongs to 1700 and it is located in Montelaguardia a small village next Randazzo. It took its name from the Marquis Romeo delle Torrazze and several personages of that time were hosted in its rooms such as the Royal of Italy Vittorio Emanuele III and Queen Elena. The castle is surrounded by an area measuring 28 hectares and offers free parking. The inner court gives acces to the rooms equipped with furnishings reproducing the original style. Frescoes were entirely restored. Peaceful hacks in the countryside can be enjoyed on the riding school horses. Various itineraries can be chosen setting out from the Castle: hikers can explore the natural beauties of the Nebrodi Mountains and the Alcantara valley. The position of the Romeo Castle enables the beauty of the neighbouring areas to be appreciated in all seasons. Please note that check-in will take place at the Hotel Sbarcadero, 3 km away from Castello Romeo. Our staff will drive you to the Castello Romeo.
