Bull, The

Built in the 15th century, The Bull Hotel was originally constructed for a wealthy wool merchant. The hotel's history is evident everywhere, from the massive moulded oak beams dominating the reception area to the wooden rafters, carvings, open fireplaces and period furniture throughout. Its original timber work, both outside and inside is unusually well preserved. You are aware of the Bull Hotel's ancient history as soon as you walk into the entrance hall.
