Designed for cutting metal sandwich materials Making precise and clean cuts in metal sandwich requires a jigsaw blade that’s strong, but also thick and long enough to cut hard, multi-layered material. This is exactly how we designed the PRO Metal Sandwich precise T1018AFP. With its Bi-Metal material and increased thickness, this 250 mm long jigsaw blade will help you get the job done – time and again. The PRO Metal Sandwich precise T1018AFP Jigsaw Blade owes its strength and flexibility to its Bi-Metal material: it has a high-speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded with a more elastic high-carbon steel (HCS). We made this blade thicker: it's hard to bend and delivers precise straight cuts at the angle you need. Its milled, wavy-set, and fine-pitched teeth will help you cut metal-sandwich panels neatly, with ease. The blade's extended length allows you to tackle workpieces up to 150 mm thick. We recommend using it with Bosch GST 150 and 160 jigsaws. Fits all T-shank jigsaws Features and Benefits: • Designed for cutting metal sandwich materials • Fits all T-shank jigsaws • For precise cuts panels up to 150 mm thick • Highly effective for construction workers and installers: Long Life Specifications: Material: BIM Tooth design: wavy set, milled Total length [mm]: 250 Tooth spacing [mm]: 1.1 Tooth pitch [TPI]: 23 Max. cut capacity [mm]: 150 Type: T 1018 AFP
