No Memory Effect - Slide-In Li-ion Battery Pack ECP (Electronic Cell Protection) and CLI (Charge Level Indicator) offers power without a memory or lazy battery effect. The ECP allows the cells in the battery to be monitored electronically so that the power output of the tool will be automatically reduced in case of an overload, deep discharge or overheating. The CLI informs the user how much more power is available by displaying the charging state. It also has a low self-discharge rate. After 30 days of inactivity the lithium-ion battery still contains 96% of its specified rated capacity. It is compatible with all Bosch Professional 36 V cordless power tools with a slide-in battery shape interface. Appropriate for Li-Ion tools from the professional range in the same voltage class.
