The oven uses a Hot Air distribution system to circulate heat evenly to each of its 3 cooking levels. Boschs unique 3D Hot Air technology has significantly improved the performance of their ovens raising the Energy Efficiency rating to A-20% which is 20% more efficient than a standard A rated appliance.The Exxcel HBG53R560B offers a range of 8 cooking functions including:-3D Hot Air cooking Conventional Top and Bottom cooking Pizza function Defrosting Hot Air Grilling Full width and Half width variable Electric Grilling and Bottom only cooking.The oven has an Automatic on/off programmer and an Electronic Clock/ Timer. Boschs 3D Hot Air system distributes heat evenly to all cooking levels ensuring consistent cooking temperatures throughout the oven which is ideal for batch baking and for cooking large joints of meat; the hot air seals in the moisture and cooks the food evenly with no need to rotate the food.The oven has a Smooth Enamelled oven interior and EcoClean Liners on the back sides and roof of the cavity to aid easy cleaning and to prolong the life of the oven. The cavity is fitted with a Telescopic Shelf and a set of Easy-Fit shelf rails which support 2 additional wire shelves in any of the 5 different available shelf positions.
