Bosch AvantiXX PCS815B90E 76cm Gas Hob in Stainless Steel

The Bosch PCS815B90E is a 76cm wide Gas Hob finished in brushed Stainless Steel. The hob is equipped with an economical 1kW burner two high efficiency 1.7kW burners a large 3kW High Speed burner and an extremely powerful 5kW dual control Wok style burner. Each burner is fitted with a Flame Failure safety device ensuring that the gas supply is automatically turned off if the flame is accidentally extinguished. The fully variable burner controls are mounted on the front edge of the hob for ease of access and incorporate an electric ignition system offering the added convenience of one handed operation.The Economy burner is fitted with a compact gas rosette to accommodate smaller pans which is more economical and energy efficient than using a large burner. The 3kW High Speed burner has a large radial rosette and a high speed jet and is the ideal burner for use with large pots and pans. The 5kW Wok burner is set to the left of the hob for ease of access and is fitted with a large dual control double array burner designed to deliver heat evenly across the base of the Wok Pan which is essential for fast efficient stir-fry cooking.The Bosch PCS815B90E can be converted to operate on Natural Gas or Liquid Petroleum Gas. The hob is supplied pre-fitted with the natural gas jets and a set of LPG jets are included in the box with the hob.
