Our house is an ideal base for a whole host of beautiful walks. Indoor/outdoor pools, mini golf, tennis courts and the center of Leermos are just a stone´s throw away. In the winter Grubigstein gondola gives access to a wonderful ski area, in the summer to a beautiful walking and hiking area. Cross-country skiers can choose from a wide range of tracks in the Tirolean Zugspitz region. Relax on our panorama terrace, bask in the sun, revel in the fantastic views and soak up the atmosphere.
