The coal loading bay at Sam's Steel Works is just waiting for the special tipping coal wagon to pass by. To activate a 'tip' the sliding switch needs to be set to 'power on'. As the wagon passes by the coal is automatically tipped out into the coal loading bay. If no coal is wanted just set the switch to 'power off'. Includes one tipping wagon and two loads of coal.
