Benro Gimbal Heads are designed to support heavy telephoto lenses, a Gimbal head makes it exceptionally easy to shoot with a large lens making it more stable and faster to use than a traditional tripod head. The Benro GHA is basically an arm so needs to be used in conjunction with a Ball Head with an Arca style quick release system. Supplied with an 85mm Benro series lens plate, it is ideal for telephoto lenses between 300-500mm in focal length and a maximum of 15kg in weight.
