We are situated in a fantastic location in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of town, just 150 metres from the lake front. Park your car and stroll everywhere. Stop for lunch by the lake front or enjoy wine and an evening meal. We are just 50 metres from the Lake Wanaka Events Centre which hosts many weddings and functions. Our friendly hospitality is all part of the service. Your hosts Paul and Denise will be pleased to assist you in any way possible to make your visit memorable. Lake Wanaka is surrounded by beautiful mountains which provide endless opportunities for those with an adventurous spirit. Some of the many activities include snow skiing, horse riding, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking – or simply relax and enjoy one of the many lovely walks we have in the area. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason we do understand and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one night accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge. SKI SEASON: July, August and September – requires 14 days notice. Cancellation within this period may incur a charge of one night accommodation or 50% of the booking (whichever is greater) if your room cannot be re-let.
