Altitude: 695mWinter pleasuresOur farm is located on the outskirts of Fladnitz, only a few minutes away from the center, featuring indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, tennis courts, etc. It is set in the beautiful Teichalm pasture area, Europe´s largest interconnected pasture area at 550-1720m altitude. The spacious holiday apartments feature a kitchen, a living room (satellite TV), 2 bedrooms, shower/toilet, and a south-facing balcony.We share our farm with 120 sheep (sheep´s milk and meat production).Furthermore we offer pony riding and romantic horse-drawn carriage rides.Child-friendly riding lessons with small horses are offered by the Pferdehof Stockner horse farm (about 1km away, rental bikes available). Skiing on the snow sure runs, ice-skating on the large mountain lake (5 hectares), cross-country skiing (9km of trails), tobogganing, curling are only a few examples for spending your leisure time in winter.Animals/Products: hares, Cats, Sheep, Horses, Ponies, Dogs
