Inaugurated in the year 2000 and redecorated in 2010, is - with its 600 sq m, the largest of the three villas belonging to CLUB-AUSTRIA. Starting from the very beginning with the idea of creating a ''''Boutique Hotel'''', we gave to each room his own personality and we created a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the whole villa. Solid wood furniture, natural stone cladding, cork and the interior decoration diversity, create the unique blend of elements specific to the ''''boutique hotels''''. The choice of ceramic floor and carpets in place of rugs glued to the floor, makes it possible to ensure a healthy and clean air inside the house. The terrace offers a panoramic view over the Bucegi Mountains, but also over the forest, located only a few meters from the villa. The terrace fulfills also the function of a real lounge-cafe and has all the specific audio-video facilities to be converted to a genuine discoteque (when the villa is rented entirely by the members of the same group only). Also when the entire villa is rented by the same group of people, the closed terrace is the only place where smoking is permitted. Two fans provide ventilation and smoke removal. Villa IRIS means more than what it offers indoor: the fully fenced garden, carefully maintained, providing a pavilion surrounded by the noblest species of ornamental shrubs, is the perfect place to stay for people who love nature and spending time outdoors . After dark, the richness and diversity of outdoor lighting creates in the garden and courtyard a charming atmosphere. The forest - separated from the garden only by a fence, offers to the guests of the hotel some other lighted terraces.   The city of Sinaia offers many touristic attractions, a large number and variety of restaurants, discos, nightclubs, casinos and elegant shops. The city of Busteni is the most famous area for holidays and mountain sports during the whole year. The cities Sinaia and Busteni offer the most diverse recreation possibilities, like ATV rides, horseback riding, many ski slopes, ice rinks, cable transportation and many more. The Club-Austria is also only 37 km away from the Bran Castle (Castle of Dracula) and only 39 km away from the old and beautiful city Brasov.
