The house, fully renovated in compliance with local techniques, the landscape and the most stringent criteria in order of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, is made entirely of sand- an river stone, old bricks and tiles and wood. It is situated on the top of a hill 500m high from where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama that embraces the Adriatic sea and the main Apennine massifs, especially the north side of the Gran Sasso. It consists of 4 rooms for a total of 6 beds. The rich breakfast with local organic products is served in front of the fireplace on cold days and on the terrace or under the porch (both panoramic) when the weather permits. A relaxation area with sauna and large jacuzzi is available to guests. As well as a pool table, a wall for climbing, mountain bikes and free WiFi. Detailed tourist information is provided, as well as tips on main trekking and climbing itineraries in all seasons. Tasting of local products. We regularly plan various activities such as training in photography, cooking, biodynamic farming techniques and wonderful evenings of observation of the cosmos with a Newtonian telescope.
