The SGM-990 is a high quality zoom shotgun microphone, designed to meet the needs of the advanced DSLR user. With its two-position long/short range switch, the SGM-990 can perform as a highly-directional Super-Cardioid Shotgun microphone or a multi-purpose Omni-Directional mic. The lightweight aluminium body of the SGM-990 is superior to the plastic housing of many competitorsâ microphones and its shock mount holder effectively eliminates extraneous noise.
