Our new house is immediately near the lake at a quiet location with a wonderful view to the lake and the mountains. To the beaches you have to walk only a few minutes, about 200 m, but our area invites you also for cycling, hiking and fishing. The next golf place you can find after 5 minutes driveway (3 km), the city is 2 km far and the next supermarket 1,7 km. Our house is a non-smoking house, it is only allowed to smoke outside. In our comfortable appartement (65 m2) we have place for 2 - 6 persons (5 adults maximum), we offer a double-bed-room with an extra bed 90 x 200 cm, a single room and a pullout sofa 160 x 200 cm at the living area. The modern furnished kitchen includes an electric stolve, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, water kettle, eggs boiler, toaster, mixer, complete dishes and a cosy dining place with adjacant living area with satellite TV and radio. The internet connection (LAN) is free. New since October 2012 - WLAN ! The bathroom is equipped with a big walk-in shower, hair dryer, towels and bath-towels, the toilet is seperate. Toilet-articles and bedlinen are also inclusive. Outdoor in front of the appartement are waiting garden furnitures and a playing area with slides and sand box, your children would be feeling well at our house. If the weather invites you for barbecue of course you can take our roundgrill. A parking place for your car is also reserved. The costs for the final cleaning are 30,-- Euros and they are not included at the day-price. Winter: Cross-country skiers can get into the ski track after about 200 m. The nearest skiing area ''''Zahmer Kaiser'''' you reach after 5 minutes driveway, the next bigger one at ''''Kössen''''after 10 minutes (7 km). Our guests can use toboggans free of charge.
